Creamy Saffron Pasta

- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1⁄2 onion
- 2 cups of spinach
- 12 jumbo shrimp
- 1 cup of your favorite pasta
- Salt and black pepper
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 1⁄2 tsp organic saffron
- 1⁄4 cup of white wine
- 1⁄2 cup of greek yogurt
This is a dish with spinach and shrimp but the pasta and the creamy sauce could be cooked with everything. Instead of shrimp you can use bacon, chicken, or being vegan and even lobster if you want a more gourmet dish.
