Saffron Lemon Water

Helps your body detox. The best time to drink it is in the morning, it’s a great booster for your digestive enzymes.  

Ingredients 

  • Pinch of Moonflowers saffron (15 threads) 
  • 5 cups water 
  • 2 lemon squeezed 
  • 0.25 tsp cayenne pepper 
  • 1 ounce of ginger, peeled and sliced 

Process 

  • Mix all the ingredients together in a large container
  • Store in the refrigerator
