PMS Tea

Studies suggest that saffron can relieve symptoms of pre-menstrual syndrome (PMS). Here’s the recipe of our favorite herbal tea that can help reduce your PMS symptoms.  

Ingredients: 

  • Ginger 
  • Saffron (15 threads) 
  • Cardamom (1 pod) 
  • Honey  
  • 5 cups of water 

Process: 

  • Boil the water and in the meantime cut up a fresh ginger root.
  • Cut open the cardamom pod, the flavor is in the seeds.
  • In the teapot, add all ingredients and let it steep.
  • Sip and reheat when needed!
