Saffron Iced Tea
Ideal for summer.
Serves 2 glasses
Ingredients
- 1 pinch of saffron (15 threads)
- 2 cups water
- 2 green or regular tea bags
- 2 teaspoons rose-water
- 2 green cardamom
- Honey or sweetener
Make the magic happen
- Boil water with cardamom
- Add teabags in a pitcher and pour the hot water over it. Steep 5-7 minutes, then remove bags
- Add saffron and rosewater
- Add honey (optional)
- Serve over ice
