Saffron Iced Tea

Ideal for summer.

Serves 2 glasses

Ingredients 

  • 1 pinch of saffron (15 threads) 
  • 2 cups water 
  • 2 green or regular tea bags 
  • 2 teaspoons rose-water 
  • 2 green cardamom 
  • Honey or sweetener 

Make the magic happen 

  • Boil water with cardamom 
  • Add teabags in a pitcher and pour the hot water over it. Steep 5-7 minutes, then remove bags 
  • Add saffron and rosewater 
  • Add honey (optional) 
  • Serve over ice
