Saffron Latte

SERVES 2 


INGREDIENTS 

  • Pinch of saffron threads (15 threads) 
  • 1 cardamom pod  
  • 2 cups of milk of choice 
  • 1 tbsp honey 

 

MAKE THE MAGIC HAPPEN 

  • Start by heating up your milk – I prefer oat milk. You can use a sauce pan and heat it on your stove on medium heat. Grind the saffron and the inside of the cardamom pod in your mortar and pestle.  
  • Once the milk comes to a boiling point, lower heat and add the saffron, cardamom and honey. Stir well.  
  • Pour into your cup and use a milk frother for foam.
